As the principal of Pat Schultz, CPA, Pat combines her 20+ years of small business experience with her company's founding principle of excellent customer service to provide tax planning, preparation, and tax consulting for her small business clients.

Drawing on a network of resources, Pat can design a customizable, small business infrastructure that will optimize your performance. Consulting services include, but are not limited to, set up of books and record keeping, and company financial analysis to ensure that sound business decisions are based on solid data.

She came to San Diego in 1994, after serving as the President of the Minnesota Software Association (MSA) for 2 years and the V.P. of Operations for a computer software company in Minneapolis, where she gained 14 years experience in growing and assisting small businesses. It was through the MSA that she prepared trade shows, venture capital venues, and roundtable discussions in the areas of finance, sales and marketing, customer support, technology, business practices, and CEO's for developing businesses.

After receiving her Masters in Taxation from San Diego State University in 1998, Pat worked for a mid-sized, public accounting firm in San Diego for five years. She has her CPA license and is also a member of the California Society of CPA's. Having founded a small business of her own in 2003, Pat truly understands the demands and issues facing small companies and individuals in San Diego.
